What should you automate first?

Four questions about the thing that eats your week. You get the name of the system that fixes it, the hours it gives back, and the arithmetic we used, so you can argue with it.

what to automate first0/4

Four questions, answered from your own numbers. Nothing is sent anywhere; the arithmetic runs in your browser and we print it underneath.

What eats the most time in a week?
How often does that happen?
And how long does each one take?
What happens when nobody gets to it?

The number is your own arithmetic, not a promise.

Three numbers you gave us, multiplied. It does not know how much of that time a system actually removes, and any tool that claims to is guessing at your business from a form. What it is good for is putting a size on the problem, because most people have never multiplied it out and are surprised by the answer either way.

Before we build anything we measure the real number for a fortnight first. That is what makes the thirty-day result provable instead of a story.

Find out what your week is leaking.

The audit is free and takes fifteen minutes. If the numbers say you are fine, we will say so.
