What we collect
When you use the contact form, chat with Genesis, or call the demo receptionist, we may receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, and what you tell us about your business. Our site does not run advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
One reason: so we can reply and help. Messages flow through the same automation we build for clients, reach a real person, and are saved so your inquiry does not get lost. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it lives
Inquiries are stored in our business systems (email and our client records) and handled only by Ambrosia AI. Conversations with the AI concierge and voice receptionist are processed by the AI providers that power them, under their own privacy terms, solely to generate their replies.
